Painted plein air at China Camp, near San Rafael, CA.  The waterway is part of San Pablo Bay.  The site is now a state park but was once a camp for Chinese fishermen who were exporting their shrimp catches to China.  This is a large acrylic painting on canvas.  The oil refineries are nearby as well as the San Pablo Yacht Club
